You got me there?  Joe B is not in the picture though; if he was you would known it is smile is infectuous and his manner of dress impecable. I gather you are talking about the guy with the chaine; but I doubt it although I've been wrong before when it comes to pictures. Indeed, one day a guy was showing me all his pictures and I did not recognized a very close friend of mine.  Later on, perhaps months later, this guy mentioned his name and I told him that we were good friends.  So he said to me, "How's that possible when I showed you his picture and you didn't known him?"  Of course, I did, however he had changed quite as bit from that picture and when I met him.  Perhaps that is the case here but you have my opinion.   Take care.

All I know is that the fella next to Al is his friend Phil, 2 up from him is a friend named Matt and his brother is at the top.

Awwww,don't Al look cute in his bow tie?A real wise guys picnic outing here.Wish I knew who the others were,can't see any of the leading members such as Jack McGurn,Sam Hunt,Frank Nitti,ect.
