Grew up in the tough streets of Hells Kitchen but Thank God mom moved us to Hot Springs in 1970 when I was 14. Already had 2 bullet holes and 4 blade wounds from 9-14, very tough start. I spent my first summer in Tucson under the Old Man Sicilian Godfathers immense wing in 1975 & 76, My World changed some but the the drug business which I was delivering contraband in Weed, Coke to heroin on my bike for the local street gang but when I got under the Old Mans wing the dealing went from Ounces to Kilo's and much more, it was a very Lucrative business which the Godfather had my back with Police protection in the Mid West Metro's he asked me to live in and represent his hidden Sicilian National Syndicate that he chaired from 1936 till he died. He claimed he was not into drug distribution but that is complete Fable, a sad reality that Joe Jr and I knew first hand due to we were deeply involved. I chose to walk away from that Lucrative Multi-Million dollar shadows business and Thank God the Old Man had the juice to make that happen or I could not have got out. I deeply regret those sick days and destroying my fellow Americans Lives by taking there soul with the Chemicals we brought in from Canada thru Montana were the Godfather had built 3 small airstrips for Nicolo Rizzuto's handpicked soldiers to fly it in and we took it from there, this was still in operation in the mid 90s but finally the Old Man shut his strips down and got out of the Business himself. I have a very different view of the Sicilian Mafioso in America which was always the Power in America from mid 1800s to present and it is mostly an untold story. The Cosa Nostra was a prop fall guy Criminal Organization that got all media and fanfare such as Lucky Luciano which the generic version of the History on the Mafia in America had him wiping out all the Old Sicilian Turks and then forming the first 5 Family Commission which he supposedly Chaired, 4 out of the 5 Family's were under the Castellammarese's flag with only Luciano coming from Masseria's in the Castellammarese War, so who really won the War, common sense should rule here, but most still believe that UnLucky was the Power, he had a good 5 yr run until he was set up for Prostitution by the other 4 Godfathers with the Old Man and Joe Profaci being on point of getting Luciano out of there way, He was trying to hide in Hot Springs, Ar at the Majestic Lodge but again the Old Man told his lawyer Wayne Harland who was a close ally of Thomas Dewey which they arrested UnLucky in his Majestic room taken back to NY to stand trial and got 50 years. He then was supposed to have helped the US Navy invade Sicily to rid the NAZI's from the Island, when again he was supposed to have killed off the Sicilian Turks in the NY street War from 1927-1931 in the Castellammarese Wars, he had never been to Sicily and had no way to reach out but again he was set up and it was the 2 Joes who actually helped take back Sicily and the power was left to the Old Mans associates in Sicily which is another story. Luciano tried to come back to America but he could not so he had 2 LA/Hollywood Movie Moguls fly into the Naples airport to meet UnLucky but he was mickeyed before the Movie Men got there and died, which the Old Man told me several times he had to put him down. I am not trying to offend anyone but this is True History from a first hand view form mid 70s on. I do enjoy a civil debate on these truths but do not like those who get all angry and out of there Gourd, most that do have no clue or real Knowledge of what Life was really like in the Sicilian Thing.
